What does the word luxury mean to you?
W.E.: Luxury is anything you do not have an abundance of. This used to be mainly related to material possessions, and for many luxury was anything they did not have at home themselves. Today, every 5-star guest probably lives in greater luxury at home than at the hotel. Therefore, intangible values have now replaced material values.
