There are 5 further en suite bedrooms, two on the ground floor and 3 on the middle floor, which also has a large office with a meeting table and a 50” plasma screen. All bedrooms have air conditioning and satellite plasma screen televisions with DVD players. The contemporary living space and dining area are luxuriously furnished. The cleverly designed kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances – perfect for hosting elegant parties. Glass doors lead to the alfresco breakfast area outdoors. The ground floor is home to an air-conditioned gym with plasma screen, as well as a selfcontained, luxury apartment (available by separate negotiation) with two en suite bedrooms, a kitchen, an open-plan living room and private dining terrace with sea views.

The house has a dramatic heated infinity pool, that is literally suspended in the air. The shaded pool deck is wind-free and glass doors slide back to reveal the vast openplan living area inside. The stone indoor/outdoor bar counter is perfect for entertaining. A multi-function panel allows for easy adjustment of lights, music, a state-of-the-art alarm system, and the remote opening of gates and front door. Internal access is via stairs or elevator. Ample parking is available.
